Setting up patron-browsable assets

You can use the rooms feature in Portfolio to allow patrons to browse through lists of assets. Rooms provides a hierarchical approach to organizing custom content for patrons. In rooms, you can assign the contents of one or more folders from your digital asset hierarchy. Assets can be included above or below any custom content that you want to include with the assets, such as an overview or introduction to the asset topic. To create a hierarchy of assets, you can nest rooms inside of rooms, each containing its own content and assets.
